To the product page.has a very large banner that links directly to the software and firmware information and download page.The link is clearly labeled ' PC Software, Drivers, and Additional Information'Did you miss that?

It's showing that there are better designs available that make things a lot easier to find. User experience is as important as the quality of the product. The product's quality is incredible. The UX for the Uniden.com site (and sisters) leave a lot to be desired.Go to Whistler's site.Select the Support drop-down. First option is Downloads.
